The stop valve has good regulation performance, poor sealing performance, simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, large fluid resistance and cheaper price than the gate valve.
Selection criteria:
Stop valves should be selected on pipelines or devices with high temperature and high pressure media; For example, stop valves should be selected on high temperature and high pressure pipelines of thermal power plants and petrochemical systems;
Where the convection resistance on the pipeline is not strict, that is, where the pressure loss is not considered;
Stop valves can be selected for small valves, such as needle valve, instrument valve, sampling valve, pressure gauge valve, etc;
