Functionality: It can quickly repair the damaged leakage of any pipeline under pressure or without pressure.
Economy: the leakage can be repaired without special treatment on the surface of the pipeline. Thin wall and thick wall pipes can be used. The installation is simple and the construction cost is greatly reduced.

 

Instructions for use:

First, determine the outer diameter of the pipe to be repaired and the size of the leak. Select a repair tool with the corresponding diameter and length. For small diameter pipes below DN300, use a single-clamp(CR-1) repair tool. For pipes above DN300, select a double-clamp (CR-2) or other multi-clamo repair tools depending on the actual workina conditions The length of the pipe repair kit is determined by the length of the leak. Typically, the kit should cover the leak and be at least 80mm on each side. During installation, make reference marks on the pipe to easily check if the kit accurately covers the leak. Simply clean the outside of the pipe. Lubricate the pipe with water, soapy water, or other lubricating liquid to reduce friction and make the sealing gasket easier to install. Tighten the bolts until the leak is completely repaired.
