BAFAW forged fittings are produced in Class 2000, 3000, and 6000, conforming to ASME B16.11. Each batch is hydro-tested at 1.5 times the rated pressure to ensure leak-proof performance in high-pressure systems.

We mainly use ASTM A105 (carbon steel), A182 F304/F316 (stainless steel), and A350 LF2 (low-temperature carbon steel). These grades cover more than 90% of oil, gas, and industrial pipeline applications worldwide.

Each fitting is produced on hydraulic forging presses up to 1,600 tons, followed by normalized heat treatment at 900–950°C to achieve uniform grain structure and improved tensile strength.

BAFAW conducts 100% visual, dimensional, and thread inspections, plus random hardness and hydro tests. Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.15 mm, and all gauges are calibrated regularly.

Yes. Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC with heat number traceability. We can also provide third-party inspection reports (SGS, BV, or TUV) if required by the project owner.

Standard finishes include black oxide, zinc plating, and hot-dip galvanizing. Galvanized coatings exceed 70 μm thickness, providing corrosion resistance for up to 500 hours in salt spray testing.

For standard forged fittings, the typical lead time is 25–30 days. Stock items can be shipped within 7–10 days, and urgent production orders are handled through priority lines.
