What are the methods of lapping flanges

Sliding flange: the sliding flange is matched with the pipe hole with larger diameter. Since the pipe enters a single flange before welding, there is a lower hub in the sliding flange; Internal and external welding is carried out to provide sufficient strength to prevent leakage. Due to the low initial cost of many users, they are better than neck flange welding, but due to the small number of neck flange welding, the final installation cost may not be comparable.
Overlapping flange: on overlapping flange, it is actually the same as sliding flange. Unless it is the radius between hole and flange (if necessary), the short pipe on flange can be located at the end of flange.
Butt welding flange: similar to sliding flange, but the difference is that it has threaded holes. Its main advantage is that it can not be welded and assembled; In general, welding at low pressure parts and explosive ambient temperatures can cause hazards.
The pipe shall match the diameter of the smaller hole with the inner diameter of the same pipe, and the pipe shall be inserted into the sliding flange similar to the flange; The restriction is a built-in hole, which is a specially designed pipe sleeve that can be fixed at the bottom, so any flow restriction on the welded sleeve flange is eliminated.
